SRX3636726: Short-paired-reads of Candida tropicalis MYA-3404

Design: Reads are 150 nt in length. The shotgun genomic libraries were prepared with the Hyper Library construction kit from Kapa Biosystems. The library was quantitated by qPCR and sequenced on one MiSeq flowcell for 151 cycles from each end of the fragments using a MiSeq 300-cycle sequencing kit version2.
